The Strategic Research and Growth Foundation (SRGF) is a dynamic and emerging non-profit organization headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, whose key objective is to work toward the betterment, welfare and most importantly, growth for our society at large.We at SRGF believe that long-term and sustainable growth as well as development can be best achieved when the efforts of the various stakeholders of our society are synergized and in harmony with commonly identified areas of impact.Hence, the idea was born, of establishing an entity that could help bridge the said efforts.

OUR VISION
Established in early 2023, SRGF is dedicated to fostering sustainable development, inclusive growth and comprehensive national security for our society. Our organization primarily operates in the areas of Social Impact, Capacity Building and Policy Recommendations. By gathering first-hand actionable insights, we strive to generate meaningful and effective strategies that address pressing national and humanitarian challenges.At SRGF, we understand the significance of collaboration and knowledge-sharing. As a result, we actively and consciously engage with Key Stakeholders, Thought Leaders, and Subject Matter Experts from diverse backgrounds. Our extensive network spans across academia, industry and governance, enabling us to tap into a wealth of expertise and perspectives. We facilitate constructive dialogues and exchanges of ideas by deploying various methods of interaction and outreach via a variety of platforms, including but not limited to Brainstorming Sessions, Roundtables, Seminars and workshops.Our primary objective in interacting with a diverse set of individuals, entities and institutions is to identify crucial areas of national and humanitarian importance that require immediate attention. By leveraging the collective wisdom of our stakeholders, we gain insights into the pressing issues our society faces. Equipped with this knowledge, we work tirelessly to develop outcome-based strategies that serve as a foundation for initiating meaningful change.
OUR MISSION
The Strategic Research and Growth Foundation plans to utilize strategies based on fact-finding, multi-layered research as well as brainstorming towards formulating solutions that can be applied to selected areas of impact. Our aim is to create an impact on core aspects such as Economic Empowerment, Policy Making and Capacity Building, among others.
